WorkCations work best with a small group of participants. We’ll select 10 participants that best align with the agenda of this edition.
For the best experience, we strongly suggest participants to immerse themselves in the residency and avoid bringing any other work to that week.
A detailed plan for the week will be shared with all participants. Broadly, each day will begin with early morning nature walks followed by discussions, brainstorming and project-work sessions. We’ll unwind at the end of the day with fun activities and games.

**“One of the most refreshing aspects of the WorkCation was the dynamic between the artists and the team from 14 Trees.
Working alongside people who are deeply rooted in ecological and community-centred work brought a whole new layer of perspective. The cross-pollination of ideas between practitioners who live the work every day and artists who are interpreting and imagining futures was incredibly energising. It wasn’t just a residency; it was a living, breathing exchange.”**

My collaboration and work output with a group of highly talented and like-minded artists; especially for such an organisation with commendable goals of reforestation- was fulfilling and gratifying.

“I was honestly very skeptical and nervous about spending an entire week in an unfamiliar place with a group of people I didn’t know—especially since most of them already knew each other, but I left wishing that I had gotten more time in that beautiful space with the very talented people there… The conversations that the meeting brought together were also very enriching, it's rare to get to discuss such different ways of living and learning, and I was able to leave the work-cation with a new perspective on work and life, which I value very much.”
